This process of transforming our relationship with money is like a spiral of stages that we move through like the seasons.
Ongoing nurturing of our relationship with money and the process of money management isn’t linear.
It’s a dance around the spiral, turtle-baby-step by turtle-baby-step. We will re-visit these steps multiple times in our journey through life with money
THE PROCESS:
STEP 1:
Prepare the Soil
Do you ever tell yourself things like “I’m just not good with money" or other limiting thoughts?
We will build awareness of the hidden inner barriers that women have internalized from generations of power dynamics that cause women to literally feel unsafe with owning their money power. We will cultivate a growth mindset and bring a spirit of compassion and curiosity to where you feel stuck.
By cultivating your inner garden we create the transformational space for outer actions.
CONNECT TO YOUR HEaRT
STEP 2:
What do you most desire your money to do for you?
We will develop a stronger connection with your true heart's desires and deep longings for your life and how money can nurture those.
This is far beyond ‘goal-setting’ from a linear head-only thinking place, although goals are also part of this!
We will strengthen your belief that these once seeming impossible dreams are ENTIRELY possible and start to map out the ways your money can work in service to what you most desire.
STEP 3:
WHERE ARE YOU AT NOW?
With compassion, together we will get a sense of your current financial picture - how much money do you have? How much do you owe? Are you generating income at the level you desire? What does your money typical do for you? How’s your profit & cashflow, savings & investing rates?
How are you feeling about it all?
We will lovingly weed shame & guilt and give it a Sacred Space to be seen...and to be composted into something more nurturing.

Like any relationship, garden or beloved animal, our relationship with money also needs to have consistent nurturing attention.
